Joe DeLoye – Business Analyst
Born and raised in Wausau, Joe returned to Central Wisconsin after spending five years in Milwaukee working in commercial banking while earning his MBA. During his time in banking, he worked closely with privately held businesses on financing, growth initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
At Wisconsin River Partners, Joe supports investment sourcing, transaction analysis, portfolio company initiatives, and investor relations. His experience working alongside business owners and management teams gives him an appreciation for the opportunities and challenges faced by founder-led companies. Joe is passionate about helping Wisconsin businesses grow while preserving the legacies that make them successful.
