Kevin Kraft – Co-Founder & Partner
Kevin grew up in Wausau and understands firsthand what it’s like to own and operate a family business. After earning his CPA at Ernst & Young in Boston, he worked at a large manufacturer in Milwaukee before returning to join his family’s business, JARP Industries in Schofield, where he eventually became CEO.
With over 10 years running a privately held manufacturing company, Kevin understands the real considerations around succession, legacy, and leadership transitions. His financial expertise and operator mindset make him a thoughtful, trust-building partner for sellers.
Kevin also serves as Chairman of the Board for Peoples State Bank and is active in multiple local organizations.
